Punching Tools

This punching tool is designed for industrial punching operations on busbars, copper and aluminum strips, angle steel, and thin steel plates. Featuring a split-unit hydraulic design, it can be quickly connected to a single-acting hydraulic pump. The punching dies are crafted from alloy steel, ensuring high alignment precision between the upper and lower dies; this results in burr-free edges and prevents material deformation during punching. By utilizing interchangeable punches and lower dies of various specifications, the tool can be configured to produce different hole shapes, such as round holes and oblong holes. With a short working stroke and rapid retraction speed, it is ideally suited for continuous, high-volume punching operations. The maximum punching thickness is determined by the specific die range used, with standard configurations supporting metal plates up to 10 mm in thickness.
