Multi-Section Hydraulic Cylinder

Multi-section hydraulic cylinders feature a three- or four-stage telescopic structure, enabling a substantial stroke while maintaining a low retracted height. The ratio of minimum retracted height to stroke can exceed 1:3, making them ideal for applications where space is restricted yet long-distance lifting, pushing, or pulling is required. Both the cylinder body and piston rod undergo quenching, tempering, and chrome-plating treatments; the seals utilize imported components, ensuring reliable operation within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. The extension sequence of each stage is automatically controlled via internal oil passages, eliminating the need for external synchronization devices. Equipped with dust rings and pressure-relief protection mechanisms, the cylinders demonstrate stable load-holding performance. Maximum lifting capacities range from 10 to 100 tons, with the stroke length customized according to the number of stages. It is recommended to use these cylinders in conjunction with a hydraulic pump equipped with a shut-off valve.
