Crimping Tools

This series of hydraulic crimping tools is designed for the crimping and forming of copper and aluminum cable lugs, butt connectors, and pre-fabricated cable branch joints. Featuring a C-type or hexagonal die design, the tools boast a die cavity precision of ±0.1 mm, ensuring uniform deformation of the crimped terminal and resulting in low electrical resistance. They are equipped with a quick-change die mechanism, allowing for tool-free die replacement to accommodate various wire gauges. The split-type crimping heads can be paired with a hydraulic pump; available with maximum crimping forces ranging from 6 to 20 tons, they cover conductor cross-sections from 10 mm² to 400 mm². Compared to mechanical crimping tools, these hydraulic units deliver stable crimping pressure and consistent terminal gripping force, fully complying with the GB/T 14315 standard. They are ideally suited for applications involving high- and low-voltage switchgear, compact substations, building electrical systems, and the pre-fabrication of wiring harnesses for photovoltaic power stations.
