Pulling Tools

Puller kits are primarily designed for the assembly and disassembly of interference-fit components—specifically bearings, gears, couplings, and bushings. Utilizing a hydraulic puller mechanism, these tools consist of high-strength alloy jaws, a hydraulic cylinder, and a manual pump, configured in either a two-jaw or three-jaw arrangement. The jaw spread can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate varying workpiece diameters; the hydraulic cylinder exerts pressure against the shaft end via a central screw, allowing the workpiece to be smoothly and steadily extracted under hydraulic thrust. Compared to traditional screw-type pullers, these hydraulic units generate significantly greater pulling force—ranging from 15 to 50 tons—while requiring less physical effort to operate. The jaws feature a non-slip surface treatment to ensure uniform gripping force and prevent slippage during operation. These tools are ideally suited for applications such as electric motor repair, gearbox assembly and disassembly, rolling mill equipment maintenance, and heavy machinery servicing.
