Cutting Tools

This series of cutting tools is primarily designed for severing copper and aluminum cables, armored cables, steel-reinforced aluminum conductors (ACSR), and small-diameter round steel bars. The cutter head features a dual-blade structure, ensuring that the material remains stable—without splaying or deforming—during the cutting process. The blades are crafted from imported alloy steel and undergo high-temperature quenching treatment, resulting in high edge hardness and the capability for repeated resharpening. The split-body design allows for compatibility with either manual or electric hydraulic pumps, achieving maximum cutting force at an output pressure of 70 MPa. Different models accommodate cutting diameters ranging from 40 mm to 120 mm. Compared to mechanical cutting methods, hydraulic cutting requires less physical effort, produces a clean and flat cut surface, and avoids crushing the insulation layer of the conductor. Furthermore, the tools are lightweight, making them convenient to transport for field operations.
