SME-70 Battery Operated Hydraulic Crimping Tool

The SME-70 is a handheld battery-operated hydraulic crimping tool designed for on-site crimping of copper and aluminum lugs and inline connectors. Powered by an 18V lithium-ion battery, it requires no external hydraulic pump or hoses, making it ideal for overhead work, distribution boxes, and field construction. Maximum crimping force reaches 70kN, covering conductor cross-sections from 10mm² to 70mm².

The tool offers a wide crimping range with interchangeable hexagon dies. The C‑head design allows easy side loading of cables, and dies can be changed without tools. An LED work light and battery level indicator are included. A single charge supports approximately 60–80 crimping cycles, suitable for batch cable preparation and installation work.
