CO-100S Double-Acting Hydraulic Crimper Head

The CO-100S is a double-acting hydraulic crimping head designed for use with an ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump. It is specifically used for crimping intermediate connecting sleeves and tension clamps for overhead steel-cored aluminum strands (ACSR) and steel strands in transmission lines rated 110KV and above. The double-acting cylinder design enables rapid die advance and powered retraction, preventing die sticking after crimping. With high output force compatible with pumps of 200 tons or higher, the CO-100S can crimp conductor sleeves with an outer diameter up to 100mm. The head is forged from high-strength alloy steel for excellent resistance to side loads, ensuring uniform die closure during large-section crimping.
