CP-180 Hydraulic Hand Pump For Hydraulic Puller

CP-180 Hydraulic Hand Pump is designed for use with separate hydraulic tools such as hydraulic pullers, jacks, split crimping tools, punching machines, and cutting tools. It delivers a maximum output pressure of 600 kg/cm² (approx. 60MPa). The pump incorporates a high-low pressure two-stage design: the low-pressure stage provides high flow for rapid tool advance, while the high-pressure stage supplies steady force for working operations, significantly reducing idle stroke time.

The pump body is equipped with a ZG3/8 female taper thread port for quick connection to standard hydraulic hoses. Oil storage capacity is 300cc, sufficient for small to medium-sized hydraulic equipment. The non-slip handle reduces operator effort, and the oil return valve enables controlled load release for rapid piston retraction.
